On February 1, 2011 at approximately 11:45 a.m. (EST), Sensus USA Inc. (the “Company”) is scheduled to make a presentation at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Smart Grid Symposium (the “Symposium”) at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California. Peter Mainz, Chief Executive Officer and President, and James Hilty, interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Business Development, will be representing the Company at the Symposium. A copy of the slides to be presented by the Company at the Symposium is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The Company also expects to use such slides in similar near-term meetings, conferences and presentations.
