Verint Systems Announces Conference Call To Review its Second Quarter Results To Be Held on September 8, 2010 at 8:30 AM ET

MELVILLE, N.Y, September 2, 2010 — Verint^® Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) today announced it will be conducting a conference call to review its second quarter results (quarter ending July 31, 2010) and outlook for the year ending January 31, 2011 on Wednesday September 8, 2010 at 8:30 AM ET. An earnings release will be issued before market open on September 8, 2010.
