Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 15, 2010, Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, Inc. (AERT) issued a shareholder update via press release. The update includes a disclosure that AERT net income for the second quarter of 2010 is over $1 million and that AERT is profitable for the 2010 year-to-date period. The press release is included as an exhibit to this Form 8-K filing.
