On May 4, 2010, Great Wolf Resorts, Inc., issued a press release setting forth, among other things, its results of operations for the three months ended September March 31, 2010. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
