In connection with the Quarterly Report of NCR Corporation, a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), on Form 10-Q for the period ending March 31, 2010 as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the “Report”), each of the undersigned officers of the Company does hereby certify, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1350 (section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002), that:
