January 12, 2010 LML Payment Systems Inc. (the “Corporation”)) issued a
press release announcing that it had regained compliance with NASDAQ
Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires listed companies to maintain a
minimum bid price of $1.00 per share. A copy of the press
release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and
