Reference is made to Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement (the “Servicing Agreement”) dated as of July 22, 2015 among Ally Financial Inc., Ally Auto Assets LLC, and Ally Auto Receivables Trust 2015-1.

a. | A review of the activities of the Servicer during the period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017, and of its performance under the Servicing Agreement has been made under his supervision, and |
