Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September
20, 2021, Loop Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued
a press release jointly with global beverage brand evian,
announcing the unveiling of a new
recycled plastic (rPET, or recycled polyethylene terephthalate)
prototype bottle using revolutionary technology from Loop
Industries, marking a significant milestone that allows evian to
accelerate the transition to 100% recycled plastic in all its
plastic bottles to meet its 2025 circularity goal.

Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by
reference.
