Harvest Natural Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), has completed its winding-up procedures in accordance with Delaware law. There will be no further distributions to the Company’s stockholders. Pursuant to an order of the Chancery Court of the State of Delaware, the termination of the Company’s corporate existence is effective on August 21, 2021.
