Item 8.01  Other Events.

The Uline Arena Mortgage Loan and the Liberty MA Portfolio Mortgage Loan, each of which constituted approximately 5.2% and 1.9% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, respectively, are each an asset of the issuing entity and are part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of August 1, 2019, relating to the CD 2019-CD8 Mortgage Trust filed as Exhibit 4.2 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on October 17, 2019 (the “CD 2019-CD8 PSA”).  Pursuant to Section 3.22(b) of the CD 2019-CD8 PSA, Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, was removed as special servicer and LNR Partners, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer under the CD 2019-CD8 PSA.

This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of July 14, 2021, the Uline Arena Mortgage Loan and the Liberty MA Portfolio Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the CD 2019-CD8 PSA, by LNR Partners, LLC.  The principal executive offices of LNR Partners, LLC are located at 1601 Washington Avenue, Suite 700, Miami Beach, Florida 33139 and its telephone number is (305) 695-5600.
