Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
FOMO CORP. (“FOMO”) is rebranding its wholly owned subsidiary Purge Virus, LLC as “IAQ Technologies” to reflect its focus on indoor air quality and to eliminate confusion among potential customers and investors. The Company is papering a name change with the State of Pennsylvania to “IAQ Technologies, LLC” and applying for www.iaqtech.com with its domain registrar Network Solutions, which management believes will streamline sales inquiries and outreach and better define the business’ mission to provide indoor air quality (“IAQ”) to business, industry and government.
