On April 29, 2021, Blue Ridge Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
