The 1745 Broadway Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 9.96% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the trust and servicing agreement, dated as of July 2, 2018 relating to the Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2018-1745 filed as Exhibit 4.2 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 2, 2018 (the “WFCM 2018-1745 TSA”).  Pursuant to Section 7.1(d) of the WFCM 2018-1745 TSA, AEGON USA Realty Advisors, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company, was removed as special servicer of the 1745 Broadway Mortgage Loan and Argentic Services Company LP (“ASC”), a Delaware limited partnership, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the 1745 Broadway Mortgage Loan under the WFCM 2018-1745 TSA.

This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of April 28, 2021, the 1745 Broadway Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the WFCM 2018-1745 TSA, by ASC.  ASC maintains its principal special servicing office at 500 North Central Expressway, Suite 261, Plano, Texas 75074 and its telephone number is 469-609-2000.
