Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.

 

The information set forth in Item 8.01 is incorporated by reference herein.

 

Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On April 19, 2021, AIM ImmunoTech Inc. (the “Company”) signed an agreement to sell some of the assets located at its facility at 783 Jersey Ave., New Brunswick, N.J. The assets to be sold consist of equipment and machinery that the Company determined to be obsolete and no longer needed for current and future manufacturing. The assets will be sold to Phoenix Equipment Corporation, Branford Auctions, LLC and Perry Videx LLC for an aggregate of $245,500. The Company anticipates that the sale will be effected by the end of next week.

 

The sale of these assets was in conjunction with the Company’s exercise of its option to repurchase the facility (please see the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 9, 2021 [https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/946644/000149315221008435/form8-k.htm]).
