On April 1, 2021, Broadway Financial Corporation (“Broadway” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ Capital Market: BYFC), announced that Broadway and CFBanc Corporation (“CFBanc”)
completed merger of equals. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
