On March 8, 2021, Williams Industrial Services Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that current director Robert B. Mills has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective March 5, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
