The undersigned hereby consents to the references to our firm in the form and context in which they appear in this Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020 (the “Annual Report”) and the Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the quarters ended March 31, 2021, June 30, 2021 and September 30, 2021 (the “Quarterly Reports”).
