Item 5.02.Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On February 24, 2021, Charles M. Andola, notified the Boards of Directors of Salisbury Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and its subsidiary, Salisbury Bank and Trust Company (the “Bank”) of his intent to retire as a director and not seek re-election at the end of his current term, effective as of May 19, 2021, the anticipated date of the Company’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Andola’s retirement is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

 

On February 24, 2021, John F. Perotti, notified the Boards of Directors of Salisbury Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and its subsidiary, Salisbury Bank and Trust Company (the “Bank”) of his intent to retire as a director and not seek re-election at the end of his current term, effective as of May 19, 2021, the anticipated date of the Company’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Perotti’s retirement is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
