Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (“Bank”) announced the departure of William D. Miller, Executive Vice President - Chief Economist, in connection with the elimination of his position and the Bank's Economics Department. As a result, Mr. Miller's employment terminated effective February 19, 2021. The Bank and Mr. Miller are discussing certain terms associated with his separation, the details of which will be disclosed in a future filing.

The Bank’s Board of Directors and management express their appreciation to Mr. Miller for his service as an officer of the Bank.
