Item 5.02.Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 18, 2021, each of Jeffrey M. Altman and Robert E. Marks informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Terra Income Fund 6, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), that he has decided to retire following the Company’s next annual meeting of stockholders and not stand for re-election. Their decisions not to stand for re-election were not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Board thanks Messrs. Altman and Marks for their years of dedicated service and valuable contributions as directors.
