On February 23, 2021, AmeraMex International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it launched a Corporate Overview on M-Vest.com in an effort to raise awareness to shareholders and to the investment community as a whole. M-vest.com is an online investment bank and digital community built for issuers, investors, and thought leaders to share information and access investment opportunities. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference.
Commencing on February 23, 2021, the Company published its Corporate Presentation. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
