Item 8.01

Other Events.

On February 19, 2021, Vaccinex, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had entered into collaboration agreements with two separate pharmaceutical companies related to ActivMAb®, the Company’s antibody discovery and novel viral display platform, for antibody discovery against complex antigens. The press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
