On February 18, 2021, Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc. (the “Company”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
and incorporated herein by reference announcing the declaration of a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.07 per share, payable on March 18, 2021 to stockholders of record as of March 4, 2021.
