On February 16, 2021, Williams Industrial Services Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the NYSE American LLC (“NYSE American”) has approved the listing of the Company’s common stock on the NYSE American exchange. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company’s common stock is expected to commence trading on the NYSE American on February 22, 2021 under the Company’s current ticker symbol “WLMS.”
