Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 11, 2021, Urovant Sciences Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Data Safety Monitoring Board (“DSMB”) has recommended the continuation of the Phase 2a study of URO-902, the Company’s novel gene therapy product candidate, in patients with overactive bladder and urge urinary incontinence. Following the recommendation of the DSMB, the Company is proceeding with opening cohort 2 of the Phase 2a study with a dose of 48 mg or placebo. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
