Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 11, 2021, LiveXLive Media, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating and financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
