On February 10, 2021, General Motors Financial Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of operations for the year and quarter ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
In lieu of a conference call, management recorded remarks addressing the results. This recording, along with the presentation slides and the press release, will be posted to the Company’s website on February 10, 2021 by 11:00 a.m. central time.
