ITEM 4.01 CHANGES IN REGISTRANT'S CERTIFYING ACCOUNTANT
On February 5, 2021, the Board of Directors of Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (“Kiwa” or “Company”) decided to engage JLKZ CPA LLP ("JLKZ") as the independent principal accountant and auditor to report on the Company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020, including performing the required quarterly reviews. During the Company’s two most recent fiscal years and the subsequent interim period through December 31, 2019, the Registrant did not consult JLKZ with respect to any of the matters or events listed in Regulation S-K Item 304(a)(2).
