Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 2, 2021, the Board of Managers of South Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC approved and declared a cash distribution to its members of $0.31 per outstanding capital unit, or approximately $9.4 million. The distribution is expected to be paid and issued to members on February 5, 2021.
