Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 25, 2021, Bogota Financial Corp., the holding company for Bogota Savings Bank,
announced that all regulatory and member approvals relating to its merger with Gibraltar Bank have been received. The merger is anticipated to close on or about February 28, 2021.
A copy of the press release announcing the receipt of required approvals and the targeted
closing date of the pending merger is being filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
