Item 8.01 Other Events.
Nocopi Technologies, Inc., (the “Company”) deeply regrets to announce that Mr. Herman M. Gerwitz, a director of the Company, passed away on January 13, 2021. Mr. Gerwitz had been a director of the Company since May 24, 2005.
