On January 7, 2021, SmartStop Self Storage REIT, Inc. (the “Company”), at the KeyBanc Capital Markets’ 2021 Self Storage Investor Forum, disclosed certain information, including the following estimates for 2021 which could be deemed material: same-store revenue growth of 4–5%, same-store operating expense growth of 6–7%, and same-store net operating income growth of 3–4% across its owned and managed portfolio.
