Item 8.01. Other Events.
On January 11, 2021, Monaker Group, Inc. (the “Company”, “we” and “us”), issued a press release announcing the entry by Longroot Holding (Thailand) Company Limited, a Thailand company, which the Company indirectly controls, into a formal engagement letter relating to a proposed initial coin offering (ICO). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
