As previously announced, management of Humanigen, Inc. (the “Company”) intends to present and host meetings with investors and potential partners at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference, and other healthcare conferences, all being held virtually from January 11 to 14, 2021. On January 11, 2021, in connection with these anticipated presentations and meetings, the Company posted an updated investor presentation to its website, www.humanigen.com. A copy of the updated investor presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
