Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On January 4, 2021, Dakota Territory Resource Corp (the “Company”) purchased an office building located at 141 Glendale Dr., Lead, South Dakota 57754 to serve as the Company’s new corporate headquarters. The cash purchase price of the building, furniture, fixtures and other property was approximately $755,000. The building, built in the 1890’s as a railroad roundhouse, was completely renovated between 2000 and 2010 and is approximately 13,500 square feet with mixed use office and retail.
