Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change
in Fiscal Year.
On December 29, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sollensys Corp.
(the “Company”) approved the change in the
Company’s fiscal year end from March 31 to December
31. As required, the Company will file a transition report
on Form 10-K covering the transition
period with the Securities and Exchange
Commission.
