On December 16, 2020, Creatd, Inc, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce the launch of Creatd Partners’, the Company’s corporate venture division, inaugural partnership with Plant Camp LLC (the “Press Release”). The Press Release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
