Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On October 27, 2020, WFN Credit Company, LLC, as transferor (the “Transferor”),
Comenity Bank, as servicer (the “Servicer”), and MUFG Union Bank, N.A., as trustee (the “Trustee”), entered into the Twelfth Amendment, dated as of October 27, 2020 (the “Amendment”), to the Second Amended and Restated
Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of August 1, 2001 (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”), among the Transferor, the Servicer and the Trustee, a copy of which Amendment is filed with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 4.1, pursuant to which the Pooling and Servicing Agreement was amended to eliminate the date certain specified therein for the termination of the World Financial Network Credit Card Master Trust.
