On October 29, 2020, Jerash Holdings (US), Inc. issued a press release to announce that it will release financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2021, ended September 30, 2020, on November 12, 2020, before the market opens, and will subsequently conduct a conference call and webcast to review its results at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
