Effective
September 30, 2020, DeCoria Michel & Teague, P.S. has resigned
as the auditor for Amazing Energy Oil & Gas, Co.
(“Amazing” or the “Company”).

On
August 28, 2020, Mr. Ed Devereaux resigned as a member of the
Company’s Board of Directors.
