On October 20, 2020, Ms. Kristie Feinberg gave notice to the Invesco CurrencyShares® Japanese Yen Trust that she is resigning from her position as a member of the Board of Managers of Invesco Specialized Products, LLC (the “Sponsor”), effective as of the close of business on October 30, 2020. The Sponsor is currently considering Ms. Feinberg’s replacement.
