On October 19, 2020, Acreage Holdings, Inc. (“Acreage”) issued a press release to announce the retirement of its existing strategic short-term bridge loan announced in June 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
