1895 Bancorp of Wisconsin, Inc. (the “Company”) has completed its previously reported program to repurchase up to five percent (5%) of the shares of its outstanding common stock.  The Company repurchased 106,725 shares of its outstanding common stock at an average price of $9.59 per share.
