Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On October 2, 2020, Bespoke Extracts, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a certificate of amendment to the Company’s articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State of Nevada, pursuant to which the Company increased its authorized shares of common stock from 800,000,000 to 3,000,000,000.
