CONSENT OF DR. HOSSEIN MOIIN
Cerberus Telecom Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) intends to file a Registration Statement on Form S-1 (together with any amendments or supplements thereto, the “Registration Statement”) registering securities for issuance in its initial public offering.
