Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial
Condition.
On September 28, 2020, Park City Group,
Inc. (the “Company”)
issued a press release and hosted an earnings call to announce the
Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal
year ended June 30, 2020. A copy of the press release and the
earnings call transcript are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and
99.2, respectively.
