The STRATSSM TRUST FOR WAL-MART STORES, INC., SERIES 2005-4, which we refer to herein as the “Trust,” was formed pursuant to the Base Trust Agreement, dated as of September 26, 2003 (the (“Base Trust Agreement”), as supplemented by the STRATSSM Certificates Series Supplement 2005-4 in respect of the Trust dated as of October 17, 2005 (the “Series Supplement” and, together with the Base Trust Agreement, the “Trust Agreement”), each between Synthetic Fixed-Income Securities, Inc., as trustor, and U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as trustee and securities intermediary. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the respective meanings specified in the Trust Agreement.

Section 8 - Other Events

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 25, 2020, Synthetic Fixed-Income Securities, Inc. surrendered 12,480 STRATSSM Certificates, Series 2005-4 held by it having an aggregate stated amount equal to $312,000 to the Trust in exchange for a distribution of The Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. 7.55% Notes due February 15, 2030, having a principal balance equal to $312,000 in accordance with the optional exchange provisions of Section 39 of the Series Supplement.

After giving effect to the above exchange of Certificates, as of the close of business on September 25, 2020, $13,663,000 aggregate principal amount of The Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. 7.55% Notes due February 15, 2030 are held by the Trust, and 546,520 Certificates representing $13,663,000 aggregate Certificate Principal Balance are outstanding.
