Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On September 24, 2020, KushCo Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain of its consolidated preliminary estimates of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended August 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
