Wauwatosa, Wis. — 9/22/2020 — On September 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of Waterstone
Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSBF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per common share, payable on November 2, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 12, 2020.
