The Del Amo Fashion Center Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 7.1% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the trust and servicing agreement, dated June 20, 2017, relating to the Del Amo Fashion Center Trust 2017-AMO, filed as Exhibit 4.2 to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 31, 2017 (the “DAFC 2017-AMO TSA”).  Effective September 18, 2020, pursuant to Section 7.1(d) of the DAFC 2017-AMO TSA, Cohen Financial, a Division of SunTrust Bank was removed as special servicer of the Del Amo Fashion Center Mortgage Loan and Situs Holdings, LLC (“Situs Holdings”), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the Del Amo Fashion Center Mortgage Loan under the DAFC 2017-AMO TSA. 

                In the interest of transaction management, this Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of September 18, 2020, the Del Amo Fashion Center Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the DAFC 2017-AMO TSA by Situs Holdings.  Situs Holdings maintains its principal special servicing office at 101 Montgomery Street, Suite 2250, San Francisco, California 94104 and its telephone number is 713-328-4400.
